CLASS POLICIES

Class participation depends on pre-registration.

All class fees are PREPAID. Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted (Visa, MC, Discover). 

All class supplies must be purchased at BEAD BASICS.
You are welcome to bring stringing supplies (Fireline, C-Lon, SoftFlex, Etc.) and needles from home.
Please respect our store and do not bring in beads/supplies purchased elsewhere to use in class.

Please arrive 15-30  minutes prior to class start time to purchase supplies.

Instructors reserve the right to cancel any class with less than three (3) students.
Student may opt to transfer to another class or receive a refund.

Classes with no students registered 24 hours prior to start time will be cancelled.

Cell phone use is not permitted while class is in session.

Less than 24 Hour Notice:          50% refund
No Call/No Show:                      No refund
Instructor Cancellation:             Full Refund
Cancellation Due To
Inclement Weather:                    Full Refund

Sometimes our instructors come down with illness.  Every effort will be made to contact students as soon as possible.  If  we must cancel a class at the last minute due to illness and we are unable to contact you until you arrive for class, please accept our apologies.  A full refund of your class fee will be made and you will receive a 10% discount for any purchases that day for the inconvenience.
